Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please note: Flex Fitness Center sells access to a facility and its equipment. Because membership grants immediate access, the terms below describe how refunds and cancellations are handled.

Memberships

Memberships are billed according to the plan you choose — monthly, three-month, or yearly. Your membership gives you access to the gym for the full term you have paid for.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting Brent or Keith.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access continues through the end of the term you have already paid for.
  • We do not automatically pro-rate or refund the unused portion of a current paid term.

Refunds

Membership fees and day-pass fees are generally non-refundable once access has begun. If you believe there are special circumstances — such as a medical condition that prevents you from using the gym, a relocation, or a billing error — please reach out to us. We review these requests individually and will work with you in good faith.

Day Passes

Day passes are non-refundable once issued.

Billing Errors

If you were charged in error or charged an incorrect amount, contact us promptly and we will correct it.
